Restaurant Reports and Profit Analytics for the UAE

Free plan, AED 0. No card needed.

In shortTajerGo turns POS, inventory and shift data into a daily owner brief showing sales, food cost, cash variance, outstanding Khata and profit. UAE restaurant owners read the position without building spreadsheets. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.

Profit you only learn at month end is profit you cannot fix

TajerGo brings till, stock and shift data together into a daily owner brief, so problems surface the same day. Scattered across three systems, profit stays unknown until the accountant closes the month and variance hides until it is too late.

One system for the whole floor and kitchen

Reports & profit intelligence

A daily owner brief shows sales, cost, variance and profit without opening a spreadsheet.

Inventory & recipe costing

Every sale deducts ingredients by recipe, so food cost and wastage stay visible daily.

Shift close & cash control

Close every shift with a cash count, variance flag and a clean handover record.

Khata credit ledger

Track who owes what, age the balances, and recover credit before it turns into a loss.

VAT & TRN receipts

Configure supported TRN and VAT receipt details, then export a VAT summary for review.

Owner intelligence for UAE F&B

TajerGo shows sales, food cost, cash variance, outstanding Khata and profit in AED in a daily brief, for a single branch or a multi-branch group. Back-office and till reports and a plain-language report builder export to Excel or PDF.

The plan decides how often the owner brief arrives

TajerGo publishes the briefing cadence with the plan rather than as an add-on. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.

The Free plan sends a weekly owner briefing and covers basic POS, inventory, reports and Khata with no account or setup fee. Starter, at AED 99 per active branch each month or AED 990 billed annually, moves the briefing to daily. Growth, at AED 299 monthly or AED 2,990 annually, adds Business DNA, Customer DNA, Ghost Inventory and advanced analytics, exports and supplier intelligence. Scale, at AED 899 monthly or AED 8,990 annually, adds API access and the Report Builder. Enterprise is scoped per group. Annual billing is exactly ten times the monthly figure on every paid tier.

One plan applies across all active branches on a single Business Account subscription and invoice, so a group of four branches reads one consolidated position without four separate contracts. Confirm the reporting scope, the export formats and the user roles in the written quote before purchase.

Each number in the brief traces back to a recorded event

TajerGo assembles the daily brief from records the branch already created. Sales come from recorded orders, food cost from configured recipes attached to those orders, cash variance from the counted cash at shift close compared with expected sales, and outstanding credit from the Khata ledger.

The Khata figure in the brief is grouped by age bucket, at 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90-plus days overdue, so a rising balance can be read as a recovery problem rather than a single total. Stock figures depend on complete recipes, approved receipts, wastage entries, transfers and physical counts, and a variance is a question to investigate before an adjustment is approved. The VAT line follows the configured TRN and receipt fields, and an accountant should validate exports before they are used for filing.
