How to create menu items, modifiers and recipes

Set up items with modifiers and link recipes so every sale automatically deducts ingredients and tracks food cost.

    Add categories

    Create menu categories (e.g. Hot Drinks, Mains) to organise the till screen.

    Create items and prices

    Add each item with its price; set tax basis to inherit your VAT settings.

    Add modifiers

    Build modifier groups (milk, shots, sizes) and attach them to items for fast ordering.

    Link a recipe

    Attach ingredients with quantities so each sale deducts stock and calculates food cost.

    Publish to the till
