The Free plan carries no account or setup fee, covers basic POS, inventory, reports and Khata, allows 10 supplier invoice scans a month and sends a weekly owner briefing. Starter is AED 99 per active branch each month or AED 990 billed annually, allows 20 scans a month, adds kitchen display, refunds and returns, and moves the owner briefing to daily. Growth is AED 299 monthly or AED 2,990 annually with 150 scans a month. Scale is AED 899 monthly or AED 8,990 annually with API access and the Report Builder. Enterprise is scoped per group. Annual billing is exactly ten times the monthly figure on every paid tier.
One plan applies across all active branches on one Business Account subscription and invoice, so an Arabic-first branch and an English-first branch sit on the same tier and the same bill. An Arabic receipt carries the same tax fields as an English one
TajerGo stores the business TRN and configured VAT fields once and applies them to supported receipts in either language. Configured thermal receipts can show the business TRN, VAT fields and a selected invoice label, with the 5% rate and the VAT amount shown in AED.
Receipt labels, rates and totals depend on merchant settings and transaction data. Accountants should validate receipt output, ledger exports and filing treatment before use, and a qualified UAE tax adviser should validate the final setup. The Khata ledger reads the same way in either language. Outstanding credit balances are broken down by age bucket, at 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and 90-plus days overdue, so a manager working in Arabic and an owner reviewing in English are reading one set of numbers.
