Restaurant Inventory Software for the UAE

Free plan, ₹0. No card needed.

In shortTajerGo tracks ingredients and finished goods, connects configured recipes to sales, records receiving and physical counts, and shows stock variance for investigation before the record is adjusted. Supplier invoice scanning can prepare cost updates for review. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.

Stock you cannot see is money you lose

TajerGo deducts ingredients by recipe per sale, reads supplier invoices through the invoice agent, and flags low stock so the numbers stay current. Without that record, stockouts at peak, theft out the back, untracked wastage and an unknown food cost until month end quietly drain margin.

One system for the whole floor and kitchen

Inventory & recipe costing

Every sale deducts ingredients by recipe, so food cost and wastage stay visible daily.

Supplier invoice agent

Upload a supplier invoice and review the prepared item matches before approved posting.

Reports & profit intelligence

A daily owner brief shows sales, cost, variance and profit without opening a spreadsheet.

Kitchen Display System

Orders fire to the kitchen screen the moment they ring up. No paper tickets lost at peak.

VAT & TRN receipts

Configure supported TRN and VAT receipt details, then export a VAT summary for review.

Inventory built for UAE F&B

TajerGo costs recipes in AED, scans supplier invoices in English and Arabic, raises low-stock and wastage alerts, and ties food cost to profit in a daily owner brief. It works alongside VAT receipts and the Khata ledger so the whole operation reconciles.

How ingredient tracking, stock counts and variance work together

TajerGo creates an expected ingredient movement from each sale once the recipe and stock workflow are configured. Finished goods, such as bottled drinks, are counted as discrete units, and both need a physical count to confirm what is actually on hand.

When the count does not match the expected record, treat the difference as a question to investigate. Check the receiving record, logged wastage, transfers and recipe quantities before approving an adjustment. This keeps a stock correction from hiding the operational cause.

Each plan publishes a monthly supplier invoice scan cap

TajerGo states how many supplier invoices each plan can scan in a month. Paid plans from AED 99 per active branch per month, before VAT. Free plan at AED 0.

The Free plan covers 10 supplier invoice scans each month with no account or setup fee. Starter, at AED 99 per active branch each month or AED 990 billed annually, covers 20 scans a month. Growth, at AED 299 monthly or AED 2,990 annually, covers 150 scans a month and adds Ghost Inventory, advanced analytics, exports and supplier intelligence. Scale, at AED 899 monthly or AED 8,990 annually, publishes no supplier invoice scan cap and adds API access and the Report Builder. Enterprise carries a custom supplier invoice volume. Annual billing is ten times the monthly figure on every paid tier.

A kitchen that receives roughly one delivery a day from four suppliers is inside the Growth cap and above the Starter one, so count your real weekly delivery notes before choosing a tier. One plan applies across all active branches on a single Business Account subscription and invoice, and a counter drawing on an existing active branch inventory is a shared-inventory kiosk add-on at an AED 99 minimum or AED 16 per active day, whichever is higher. The Procurement Agent is a separate add-on at AED 1,499 per Business Account per month. Confirm every allowance in the written quote before purchase.

The costing method decides what the stock value reports

TajerGo applies a configured costing method to supported stock movements. FIFO costs the oldest purchased units first and suits perishables and fresh produce, while Weighted Average runs a rolling average across all units received and suits dry goods and bulk commodities.

Purchase, stock and sales units can differ, so a case, carton or litre bought from the supplier converts to the kilogram, piece or portion the recipe consumes. Batch numbers and expiry dates can be tracked on configured stock, and alerts from those records support kitchen review without establishing food-safety compliance. The resulting valuation depends on complete receipt, movement and cost records, and the merchant's accountant should validate it before it is used for financial reporting.

Restaurant inventory software, common questions

TajerGo connects sales to ingredient movement through configured recipes, so food cost and wastage can be reviewed alongside physical counts instead of only at month end. Recipes and the stock workflow must be configured for that connection to apply.
