How offline POS and sync works

By Product and F&B Operations Research

TajerGo queues supported cash and wallet workflows on the device while the connection is down and syncs them once connectivity returns. Supported scope depends on the device and payment method.

  1. 1

    Keep selling offline

If the internet drops, supported cash and wallet sales can continue in offline mode.

  2. 2

    Orders queue locally

Supported offline transactions queue locally on the device.

  3. 3

    Reconnect

When the connection returns, the supported queue begins syncing to the cloud.

  4. 4

    Verify the sync

Check the sync indicator to confirm all offline orders uploaded.

Common questions
